Booking information
Bookings
25% non-refundable deposit, balance payable six weeks prior to arrival. Payments are to be made in full via bank transfer. We are happy to accept cheques in the post if preferred, within the time constraints laid out for payment.
This enquiry form does not constitute a booking but if the dates and required cottage is available I will hold the dates and contact to finalise details at my earliest opportunity.
Property
Morfa Cove Cottages are let for the number of people specified with no exception except with prior arrangement and for the period booked. All members of your party further agree not to use the cottage for any commercial purposes, including without limitation, assigning or subletting it or allowing anyone to occupy it who has not previously been accepted by us.
All members of your party agree to keep the property clean & tidy and all furniture fixtures and fittings in or on the property in the same state of repair and condition as found at the beginning of the holiday period. You also undertake to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.
You and your party are responsible for the costs of any damage or breakages to the property and its contents.
Each cottage comes equipped with:

Washing up liquid
Dishwasher tablets
Handwash
A dish cloth
A Tea towel
4 X toilet rolls
Prices are fully inclusive of VAT, electricity, oil and initial supply of wood.
